These ink pads are equipped with a white felt plate and laminated with fine cotton fabric on the surface.

The high-quality, transparent stamp inks are produced in Germany.
This is a qualitative difference to the - usual - inexpensive ink pads,
which are offered with a cheap, soft sponge and indefinable Asian ink.

The drying time is highly dependent on the individual paper quality.
Absorbs into normal, absorbent papers and therefore dries quite quickly in some cases.
