Cancellation Policies
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 1 month without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 1 month from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email)
about your decision to withdraw from this contract in advance. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract - as well as the products concerned - has reached us.
For a net order value below €40:
We will refund the value of the goods we received from you, excluding the delivery costs for the outward and return shipment.
For a net order value above €40:
We will refund the value of the goods we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
Payment method
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Deadlines
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than thirty days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract
(Trend by Team GmbH – Wielandstr. 9 – 45355 Essen – Germany).
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of thirty days has expired.
Transport costs for return shipment
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Unpaid returns will not be accepted.
Condition of the goods
The goods to be returned must be in perfect condition / in their original condition as delivered. Changes to the goods, e.g. by opening a shrink wrap (or similar packaging), will void your right to return. This excludes obvious defects in the goods that only become visible after opening the packaging.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
