The high-quality, transparent stamp inks are of German production.
This is a qualitative difference to - usual - inexpensive ink stamp pads,
which are offered with a cheap, soft sponge and indefinable Asian stamp ink.

Drying time is highly dependent on the individual paper quality.
Absorbs into normal, absorbent papers and is therefore sometimes quite fast drying.
