Transparent ink pad for absorbent papers / surfaces.
For stamping on absorbent, coated or glossy papers and other surfaces where embossing powders are to be used - a universal ink pad, so to speak.
Drying time is highly dependent on the individual paper quality.
Absorbs faster into absorbent papers and therefore dries quicker, but is usually sticky enough for use with embossing powders.
